The majority of our products have a next day dispatch on Ireland orders received before 2pm.

We will send you an e-mail with your tracking information as soon as this is available for your order. Sometimes we ship from more than one location/courier and in that case you will be notified by e-mail of each consignment for your order along with courier company name, tracking number date shipped and website link for tracking.
If your order is required urgently please contact us but please note couriers have weight, size and time cut-offs so the same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
If your goods are damaged in transit
We always advise our customers to check the packages on delivery time. Please do not accept any opened/damaged parcels and check your delivery before signing it.
If your goods are damaged in transit please contact us and request RMA number to hand. Once we have confirmed your RMA request we will arrange a courier to collect damaged goods and in the mean-time, if your RMA is processed within 14-days of receipt you are entitled to immediate replacement – no need to wait for the goods to be sent to us first.
If your order do not turns up or is delivered late
Please contact us and we will investigate the issue for you as a matter of priority.
