Product excellence guarantee

Every product you purchase with us comes with 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated. Our product guarantee includes the build quality and functionality of purchased product. The guarantee includes free replacement of the goods with the same product and if product is unavailable – substitution or full refund.

Components replacement

If a part of your server/desktop were to fail, we will replace it and you do not need to sent whole unit to us.


Manufacturer Guarantee’s and Warranties

Some products come with their own warranty or guarantee by manufacturer. Products with shorter guarantee or products with incrased period guarantee are clearly marked.

Substitutions

If your product is unavailable we would offer you a comparative substitution of similar goods or refund.

RMA Procedure

If your product is found to be faulty within the stated warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible to request RMA number. Under our own discretion we will take a decision to send a replacement components/goods before we have taken your faulty goods. Please note the advance replacement goods remain the property of BAW Computers until the faulty component/goods are received and confirmed to be faulty.

Under our 14 days free replacement agreement you will be entitled to a replacement as standard, that includes faulty, damaged in transit or an incorrectly delivered products.
Your satisfaction is very important to us so if your goods are not compatible with your hardware components or upon the receipt from some reason you are not happy with the goods we can at our discretion provide an replacement and/or refund, as long the goods are returned unused, undamaged and unopened. We are not able to provide a refund or replacement if: the packaging has been damaged, the product has been used or if any of the original components/parts are missing from the package.
